About Bina Board

Software that keeps communities running

Bina Board is a multi-tenant management platform for residential communities and unions — bringing billing, maintenance, facilities, governance, and communication into one place for the people who run buildings and the people who live in them.

What we do

Every residential community runs on a hundred small tasks: collecting maintenance dues, chasing an overdue bill, logging a leaking pipe, booking the community hall, publishing a notice, holding a vote, and keeping an auditable record of it all. Bina Board gives union administrators the tools to do this in one system, and gives owners and residents a clear window into their own building.

Each community gets its own branded space, its own residents, and its own finances — fully isolated from every other community on the platform — while sharing the same reliable, continuously improving software underneath.

Our mission

To make managing a shared home simple, transparent, and fair — for the administrators who carry the responsibility and for every owner and resident who deserves to see where their money goes and to be heard when decisions are made.

What we value

Transparency

Ledgers, statements, and governance outcomes are visible to the people they affect. A resident should never have to wonder how a charge was calculated or how a vote was decided.

Trust & safety

Communities are kept strictly separate, sensitive records are access-controlled, and nothing meaningful is ever silently deleted — it's archived, with a trail.

Built for everyone

Right-to-left layouts, multiple languages, and web plus native mobile apps mean the platform meets residents where they are, not the other way around.

Fair by design

Clear rules for billing, quorums, and approvals are enforced consistently, so the same standard applies to everyone in the community.
