Bina Board ("we", "our", or "us") operates a property management and financial ledger platform designed for residential communities, unions, and property developers. We treat the security of residential records and financial transactions as paramount to institutional stability.

Your community's union administrator is responsible for the day-to-day data of your community; we operate the underlying platform. By using our portals, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Identity Data

  • Full legal name
  • Residential address & unit ID
  • National ID where required by local law
  • Contact information (email / phone)

Financial Data

  • Transaction history (ledger entries)
  • Maintenance fee status
  • Payment method metadata
  • Bank account details (for refunds)

Data Usage

Information collected is strictly used for the operational efficiency of the residential community. We do not sell user data to third-party advertisers.

Immutable Ledger Integrity

Financial data within the Union Portal is stored using a read-only historical ledger format to ensure auditability and prevent tampering by any single administrator.

Bina Board infrastructure follows information-security best practices modelled on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. Data at rest and in transit is encrypted using bank-grade protocols.

Azerbaijan

For residents of Azerbaijan, we process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data," respecting the sovereignty of citizen records.

United Arab Emirates

Our operations for UAE communities adhere to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), granting users the right to access, rectification, and erasure.

Pakistan
