Bina Board keeps its use of cookies minimal and focused on making the platform work. We use them to:

• Understand, in aggregate, how the platform is used so we can improve it

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If we ever introduce a new category, we will update this policy first.

Some cookies may be set by trusted service providers we rely on to run the platform securely. We do not use advertising networks such as Google Ads or Meta Pixel.

• Cloudflare — security, protection against malicious traffic, performance, and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics.

Any such provider maintains its own separate privacy and cookie policy, which you can review on its own website.

You can control and delete non-essential cookies in the following ways:

• Browser settings — you can instruct your browser to refuse or delete stored cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in, since your session cannot be maintained without them.
• Language preference — the preference cookie is only set when you actively change the interface language from the switcher; clearing it simply returns you to the default language.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as they are required for the platform to operate.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is currently no consistent industry standard for how these signals should be honoured, so we do not respond to them differently. Regardless, we never track you across other websites for advertising.
